Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content, and colour contrast meets AA standards.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus and a “skip to content” link.
• Before-and-after comparisons can be operated with arrow keys, not only by dragging.
• Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Our phone number and booking link are in the same place on every page.

Known issues

We last checked the whole site on 30 September 2026 against WCAG 2.2 level AA, with automated tests on every page and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Some older journal articles and PDF documents may not be fully accessible.
