Breast augmentation without a general anaesthetic.
Mia Femtech® places the implant through a 2 cm incision in the armpit; Preserve by Motiva® through a 2.5 cm incision in the fold under the breast. Both are minimally invasive, balloon-assisted techniques under local anaesthetic with sedation, with the same recovery. The only difference is where the incision sits.

Meet your surgeon
An unhurried 45-minute consultation with the consultant who would operate. You’ll be examined and talk through options and risks. Take at least 14 days
Go home with a written plan and quote. Read, ask questions, talk it over. National standards say you should have time to reflect, and we never shorten it. Use our recovery planner to see what your dates could look like.
Consent, when you are ready
If you decide to go ahead, you confirm the plan and give consent in person to your surgeon. Further consultations are always available if you want to talk anything through again.

Aftercare that doesn’t stop at six weeks
Calls from your nurse the day after surgery and a week later, your six-week review, then free yearly check-ups: we invite you back at 1, 2, 5 and 10 years, with a 10-year health check. Your notes and photos are available to you at any time through the Adoreal app, and our nurse is available evenings and weekends by call or text.

Who will perform my surgery?
The consultant plastic surgeon you meet at your consultation. We do not hand patients over to a different surgeon on the day, and your surgeon takes your consent personally.
How long do I have to wait between consultation and surgery?
At least 14 days. This follows national professional standards for cosmetic surgery, and gives you time to think, ask questions and change your mind.
How much does breast augmentation cost at iQonic?
Traditional breast augmentation starts from £9,750, Preserve by Motiva® from £9,850 and Mia Femtech® from £11,950. Your fixed written quote follows your consultation and is valid for three months.
What is Mia Femtech®?
Mia Femtech® is a minimally invasive breast augmentation performed through a small incision in the armpit under local anaesthetic with sedation. It gives a modest increase of around one to two cup sizes, carries the risks of any implant surgery and is not suitable for everyone.

We see patients at 15 Harley Street and Farringdon in London, in Princes Risborough (Buckinghamshire), and operate at partner hospitals including Fitzrovia Hospital in London.
What happens at the consultation?
A 45-minute appointment with the surgeon who would operate. You are examined, talk through options and risks, and for breast surgery try on implant sizers, hold real Motiva® implants, see the different profiles and view a 3D visualisation with VR goggles. You are welcome to bring a partner, friend or family member.
