Our review policy
We invite every patient to leave a review after their final follow-up, whatever their experience. We never offer incentives for reviews, never ask only happy patients, and never remove or hide negative reviews that are genuine.
Where a review raises a concern about care, our Medical Director will contact the patient privately. If you have a complaint, please use our complaints procedure.
