Lucy is our senior surgical patient advisor. She helps you arrange consultations with the right surgeon, explains what happens at each step and answers practical questions about dates, travel and paperwork. She also runs free virtual consultations, which you can book online.
She stays in touch before and after your surgery so you always know who to call. She is not a clinician and does not give medical advice; your surgeon and nursing team do that.
