The implant is then placed through a discreet incision concealed in the armpit fold. Because the breast tissue itself is preserved rather than divided, the procedure is designed to be less painful, less disruptive, and faster to recover from than conventional augmentation.

1. Consultation and planning

2. The procedure
On the day, the procedure itself takes around fifteen minutes under local anaesthetic. The implant is placed through the concealed armpit incision using the tissue-preserving channel technique. There is no general anaesthetic to recover from and no breast incision to heal.

Most patients are able to return to their normal routine the same day or the next.
